Week five

Well, this week started out on a high. I really thought I would accomplish alot but unfortunately nothing seems to go my way. I even recieved some negative comments from the Professor. It seems others are having different problems with time constrains. I wonder if they are recieving the same negative comments. I visited Al Lockett's blog today and found only one comment. i was wondering if this was standard procedure. He really just got on the MSN messanger service today. I was hoping to get more information. I hope to be incontact with him next week since I'll be in New Orleans. His tutoring program sounded interesting. I messengered with Kathy who was on the way to Florida. I couldn't believe she wasn't flying. Oh well! It's been an interesting week. I understand the OlE learning constructivist approach but am inclear on the ways you can use it in a classroom.I currently am developing a digital move program and on some online activities for students. I quess all this takes Time. Well, Hope everyone had a nice Easter and enjoy the warm weather?

Robert,

I quickly realized that our professor is looking for substantive comments/reflections that are truly research-based. In addition, you must make sure that you include at least 3 responses per discussion post.

I checked out your school blog. If I get a chance I will try to get around to Edison High to say hello. As you know I am not far from you; I am at Simon Gratz. It would be wonderful if we at some point could do some online collaboration with our classes.

Robert,
I hope things are going better for you this week. All of this is a learning process. I like the idea of posting a question for your students to comment on. I'd like to use blogs in my classroom to post "essential questions" or "questions of the week". I think my students would get a kick out of coming up with the questions themselves.
